Reid Keener’s Bio
Reid Keener is an Environmental Science graduate who combines academic knowledge with a lifelong passion for the outdoors. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Northeastern University, he has continued to deepen his understanding of the natural world through hiking, camping, cycling, canoeing, wilderness expeditions, and outdoor leadership experiences.
For Keener, nature is more than a place to explore—it is a source of learning, resilience, and personal growth. Time spent in challenging outdoor environments has strengthened his appreciation for preparation, perseverance, and the connection between people and the environment. These experiences have shaped his perspective, teaching him that meaningful progress is built through patience, curiosity, and consistent effort.
